Margaret's Story
Greetings in JESUS' name!
My life's journey has been very challenging and through it all I learned that my steps were ordered by GOD. I am a published author and soon I will start a publishing company. I am an international evangelist and my favorite country is Africa. After Hurricane Katrina I lived in Monroe/West Monroe, LA. Two years and two months later I moved to Dallas County, TX. I moved to Chicago, IL in December, 2018 which reminds me a lot of New Orleans because they have a festival for many things. I am on a divine assignment to address juvenile delinquency which is challenging because there are so many gangs. I love teaching the Word of GOD from a Jewish perspective more than anything. I began my Jewish learning at the Touro Synagogue in New Orleans on Pitts and St. Charles in 1984. I have two sons, an adopted Canadian son, one daughter and five grandchildren. I love traveling, researching topics of interest and writing books from a biblical perspective. I have engaged in TV and radio broadcasting. When I was younger while living in New Orleans I was a street preacher and I really miss this ministry because it enabled me to make personal contact with many people. In 1995, I ...Expand for more
was concerned about Black women who lost their children through the courts and I asked GOD to make me a part of the solution by giving me a crack cocaine ministry. GOD answered my prayer by giving me a husband who had a crack cocaine addiction. I didn't expect that GOD would respond to me in that way. I wasn't angry with GOD because I know that HIS ways and thoughts are higher than ours and HE gave me what I asked for. Selah. In addition, I am a prophetic intercessor, builder, evangelist and teacher in GOD's Kingdom. I am humbled by my spiritual gifts and strive to walk worthy of the vocation for which I have been called.
I will start graduate studies online at Grand Canyon University on May 20, 2021, the day after my 74th birthday. I am pursuing a Masters of Science in Mental Illness and Wellness with an Emphasis in Christian Ministry/Substance Abuse. I am pursuing this field of study to help the mentally challenged that are incarcerated to be released from penal institutions and placed in a facility or home where they can receive therapeutic counseling. I also plan to seek donations to build a facility to house some of them and offer services that will prepare them for independent living.
