Margaret's Story
I lost touch with nearly everyone from Westlake after high school, mainly because of my parents' move to Toronto. My life has been pretty normal -- several college degrees, one 27-year marriage that ended in 1999, one son, born in 1981, who is now spending a year teaching and working in school administration in Pachuca, Mexico. My son just got engaged, so I am headed into a new family adventure, pretty fun!

ealth department for 8 years, in 1993 I landed in the Saint Louis University School of Public Health, teaching and doing academic administration.
The surprising twist in my life was starting back to school five years ago to earn my Master of Divinity, and in June 2008 I left my job and moved to serve a one-year ministerial internship in Golden, Colorado. In the summer of 2009 I will become a Unitarian Universalist minister. I don't know where I will be working or exactly what I will be doing (probably some form of parish ministry) but it is amazing to be setting off on new adventures at this time of my life.
