Margaret's Story
Life
I married my best friend's brother. He was in the military and we lived in Europe, Alaska, California and Kansas. We had two sons. My husband was killed in a boating accident while hunting in November 1978.
Workplace

I started out as an administrative clerk and moved up to the position of a Federal Investigator about 14 years ago. I started out in Phoenix Arizona and transferred to Little Rock Arkansas in 1994. rom the government and I'm having a Blast retired. I'm enjoying my wonderful grandsons and traveling.
Life after Retirement
Retirement is great no schedules or time clocks to punch. You set your pace and it is SLOW!!!!
I volunteer at Mannafest Blessings, a food ministry, three to four days a week and I love it. It is more work then a desk job and there is no monetary pay but the BLESSINGS are more valuable then anything you can imagine. The people we meet and get to share the good news to is priceless. We feed over 500 families a month.
I have one of my grandsons, Cody, and he is a joy.
LIfe is great when you retired and blessed.
