Maria's Story
Maria is from Miami, Florida. Maria's schools include Miami Palmetto elementary through High School. Maria earned her Private Pilots License at the age of 18. Maria Graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelors of Arts Degree. Shortly after Maria continued her her education to earn her Rating as a Commercial Pilot. e DC-10, Boeing 717, DC-9, DCH 7 and retiring her Career as an Airline Captain on the Boeing 767. During Maria's tenure at Hawaiian Airlines Maria fought protect Female Airline Pilots right to equality in the Cockpit. Maria remained in Honolulu to help raise her Niece the daughter of her younger sister Paula who had tragically passed away. In 2014 Maria became a licensed Realtor in Honolulu. Maria moved back to Florida in 2016 to be close to her Mother Joann, and currently resides in Naples, Florida where she works as a licensed Realtor.
