Maria's Story
Hello Tigers of 84.
I am still living and working in Corpus after all this time. I did manage to get away for a few years when I went to Texas Tech (go Red Raiders) but moved back home the first chance I got. I got married in 1990 (some of you may remember my ex from our 10th) and divorced in 2000...what a way to kickoff the millenium. Still single after 9 years. I have 1 child, a sweet, gorgeous 8yr old boy whom I love spending all of my spare time with. I currently work for a local bank as an assistant manager at one of our banking centers. Not the most glamorous jobs, but it keeps the bills paid. I haven't done much traveling, although nothing would give me more pleasure than to do some traveling. thday (still paying for that trip), been to Vegas once (would love to go again) and a couple of cruises (now that was a blast). My son has a crazy idea in his head that he would like for us to move to Houston but I think I am too much of a daddy's girl to leave my family, even if it is only a few hours away. Some days it doesn't sound like a bad idea, though. I am currently seeing a guy whom, get this, went to Carroll at the exact same time we did, but was a junior when we were Seniors. Anyone know Russell Rodriguez? He tells me he mostly hung out with the surfers. Anyway, that's my story in a nutshell. Want to know more?
