Marian's Story

Life I am a pediatric psychotherapist. I am the Director and Founder of Childhood Anxiety Solutions, LCSW, PLLC. I am married to a wonderful guy who I met after graduating from college. I have a terrific daughter who is nine years old. We decided to become parents later in life. I graduated from high school early and find that I often wonder about the people I knew in high school and what became of them! ...Expand for more
Workplace I'm in private practice as a clinical social worker and a pediatric psychoanalyst. I specialize in the treatment of childhood anxiety disorders, especially selective mutism. I have an article that came out in the Fall 2005, "Selective Mutism & Self-Regulation" in the Clinical Social Work Journal, Vol. 33 No.3. I have spoken at national and international mental health conferences on this topic.
