Marianne's Story
Life
I am married to a wonderful man that I met in the Coast Guard back in 1969. We have two beautiful daughters, they both live in Hawaii. My oldest girl is in nursing school now with a year to go. She lives on Maui, my youngest girl has her BS degree and is working and living on Oahu. My husband and I have lived in Tucson, AZ since 1972, we love the desert. our church. Life has been very good to us in many ways. We left California in 1972 and never looked back. Life is at a much slower pace here, as well as clean air and less traffic. It is growing in population, but still is a great place to live. My husband will be retiring in a few years and we plan to travel as much as possible. I lost my sister to cancer in October 2006 and I am in remission from cancer as well. Trials in life can be difficult, but we thank our blessings and go on.
