going through some changes now that K-Mart is a part of us. I will know more on how this will affect us by the end of March. So far it doesn't look like much will change at Sears. I like the team we have there and always welcome newcomers to our team. Update: Two years have passed since I wrote this, so here goes. Not much has changed at Sears. We just move some departments around to give it a "new look" ! LOL We have a new store manager and director of stores. Some of their ideas are good and some "just don't work". *sighs* But all we can do is just go with the flow. They keep adding to our responsibilities and can't seem to understand why we aren't getting done some of the things that we had no problem getting done before. I just wish they add more hours to the scheduling process so that we would have more floor coverage.That way everything would get done as it should. I feel better now that I have vented on that issue. Thanks for listening. :-)
