It has been a long journey since leaving weehawken high. Attended jersey city state and was a teacher for 36 years.I married husband number one in 1962. Mel died one month shy of our 25th anniversary.we had no children so we did many crazy thing like buying race horses,boats,etc.Greg,husband number 2 was only around for 2 years before dying of cancer. Jack,a friend of gregs came on the scene in 1994 and I was with him until his death august 13,2010. Did lots of traveling over the years .always said my favorite trip was the next one. Was on the cover of family weekly in September,1985 when they did a feature story on teaching.the editors wrote to NASA nominating me to be the teacher to go into space.glad I did not get to go! I like to go to port aransas,Texas for the winter.it is on the gulf coast near corpus Christie .I am the only easterner with all my Midwestern friends.love it! I still...Expand for more
