Marilyn's Story
I am Air Force wife. So we lived all over the world from Germany to the Philippines. I early retired from the
Department of Defense due to BRAC closure in 2006. Volunteering for Reading from the Heart an organization that reads to patients in nursing homes or rehab centers. Love to travel. Toured in Italy two years ago and this year will go to Spain. ...Expand for more
I have 3 children 2 girls and one boy. The youngest daughter was adopted in the Philippines as a newborn. The boy is my sister's son who was adopted after her stroke. Many classmates knew my twin Carolyn who had a massive stroke in Jan 2015 and passed away. That was difficult for me. We reside in San Antonio since 1991 and all my children live in town.
