Marilyn's Story
My husband, Phil, and I celebrated 29 years of marriage this past Spring. We have 3 wonderfully talented sons. Our oldest son is a Lt in the Navy and flies an MH-53 helicopter. Our middle son is a Praise and Worship pastor for a church plant in McDonough , GA. (Atlanta area), and our youngest son is in his Jr year of college in Cincinnati, OH studying to be a Praise and Worship pastor, as well. The "boys" have brought some beautiful women and the most adorable 2 year old grandson into the Taylor household.

cept for a 1 1/2 year stint in Cleveland), my husband and I relocated to the Houston area earlier this year, when a huge job opportunity came my husbands' way. It has brought us only 4 hours from our only grandchild and his parents :) The move has been great. The weather is extremely hot and humid, but at least you don't have to shovel it. Thank heavens for AC and swimming pools!
My mom still lives accross the street from Gavit, and according to her there is some talk of consolidating Hammonds' High Schools, due to declining enrollment. Will it perhaps bye bye to Gavit?
