Marilyn's Story
Life
During high school I didn't have really any friends in our class. I worked in the E.R. and with Carson Fire. I didn't even go to graduation, instead I went out on a fire. At that time I was with NDF. I continued as a firefighter/medic. I was married in 94 and divorced in 96 ( good choice). I'm now Married to Chris Proctor (90). We were married in Hawaii in 2000. We My son Tyler was born 8/22/02 and is so beautiful, of course he doesn't look like me ;-). We just moved to Milwakee, WI may 0f 2005 for a job transfer for Chris. We also just had a baby girl on July 4, 2005. She is beautiful and looks just like her brother. I would have to say that I really miss not having been closer to people in my own class and would really like to change that. I can say that I have realy changed and grown up over the past 10 years and hope to hear from any of my classmates.
School

on't think that counts :).. I had a few teachers that really pushed me in the right direction with my future. I also had a couple that seemed to be threatened by me also, but I think thats all part of a small school. I can say I would never go back and do it again. I was treated so badly by people because of my skin condition that every day for 12 years I hated who I was and what I had. My friends were older and didn't care about my skin. These were the times I remember and miss from time to time. I do wish I stayed friends with the people I once has friendships with in my class, but that then. I'm sure that everyone would change something if they could.
Workplace
I was a forensic investigator and profiler, but now I'm a private contractor. I help departments that have had cases go cold. Mainly serial cases. I also do Officer Safety training to smaller departments. This allows me to work when I want and to be at home with my kids in a safer and more controlled envirnment too.
