New year, 2013, we've all had lots of changes, growth, challenges, joy, sorrow... part of life. When my Mom was dying in 1978 she said to stick with her through the process (since I seemed to be the only one holding it together for some reason)... she said, "I'd develop a depth of character I could never get any other way" ... I said, "I'd rather be shallow, not experience this and be home reading a book."... she laughed and said "life doesn't work that way and neither does death... now call the Minister and see how you can help him. He is new at this and having a hard time.".... I thought.. give me a break..... but, it led me to become a hospice care...Expand for more
