Maritza's Story
I am happily remarried to my husband Clint of 6 years. We have been together for 14 years. We were married at Graceland in Memphis, TN with my children Desiree & Donald now 24, & 22 from a previous marriage in attendance. Both are in college doing fabulous. Clint has a son from a previous marriage that is 30 and we have 1 granddaughter & another grandchild on the way. He graduated from Embry-Riddle in 2003, same year as I did, and is now in the Army station in Atlanta, Georgia.
Clint & I currently reside in Las Vegas, NV after he retired from the Dept of Corrections from the State of Michigan. I currently work for the State of Nevad...Expand for more
a, Dept of Welfare. I did this for 7 years in Michigan prior to moving to Las Vegas in 2007 after my husband retired. I did a short stint at teaching first grade in Las Vegas for 3 years, which is what my degree is in, but decided I would go back to the State and I am back helping feed the whole city of Las Vegas instead.
We actually only plan on staying here for a few more years & will be moving again, but this time out of the county. Either Costa Rica, or Panama, or somewhere in Central America where we will be living on the water just relaxing the retired life watching the ocean, & sunsets, and maybe with a drink in our hand... :
