or. During his academic career he was employed as a professor at New Mexico State University, Wollongong University (Australia), and Middle Tennessee State University. He is currently professor emeritus after retiring in June 2014. He has authored over 140 research articles, 22 book chapters, and 12 books in the areas of sport and exercise psychology and wellness. He resides in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
