Mark's Story

Hello all... After SHS, I joined the US Army (83) to see if I could be all I can be. I trained as a helicopter mechanic and then worked on the armed forces radio network. I was released in 86 and went to work as a sheet metal contractor on homes in Bell Canyon and Bel-air. I decided I wanted some of that life so I got a job at KRLA 1110am as a runner and soon was spinning the decks on the over-night shift. I moved to 95.5 KLOS working the early morning drive before Mark & Brian and then moved into television as a continuity announcer for KTLA CH. 5. I then moved behind the scenes and trained as a cameraman for a satellite company to cover the award shows and live sporting events, you may have seen some of my camera work...Expand for more
on the O.J. Simpson trial. I moved into audio and have enjoyed it ever since. I moved from No. Hollywood (noho)to England in Dec. 95 and have been back to visit friends and family in Sylmar several times over the years. I live in the United Kingdom, just north of London in a county called Bedfordshire. I have two sons that are currently 9 & 12 My wife is English and that is why I live here in the green country side and not in the Los Angeles concrete jungle. I am a Senior Sound-Man for British TV network and work as a boom operator in many small films. I was made redundant in October 2009 and have turned my hand to acting. I am on IMDB I also have a Facebook page. Hope to hear from some of you soon. Still Markee-B
