Mark's Story
Life
Spent 4 years in the US Air Force in security. I went to Arizona State University and obtained a B.S. degree in Chemistry. I worked for twenty years as a process engineer in electronics for Intel Corp. I took two years off and re-educated myself in forensics. Worked full time as a Forensic Scientist for the state of Arizona for 16 years. My favorite part was sparring with defense attorneys at trial when I was an expert witness for the state. I retired at age 66. I've been married to Marti Rogers (Maryvale class of 72)...Expand for more
for 50 years and have three children, ten grand daughters, two grand sons.
I 've been retired for 4 years now. I've had cancer twice now and beat it. Don't know when or where it might show up again. I'm at an age in my life where I'm losing my high school friends and my family members to illness. Friendship matters a great deal. After 54 years I was able to find one of my friends in NJ but they refused to talk to me. That really hurt. I would like to hear from some of my old friends. marcardwell2 at yahoo dot com.
