Mark's Story
Cannot believe that I've been at the University of Georgia for 8 years now (2009). Yes, my hair is getting grayer, but what shall be shall be! I'm an Associate Professor in the Department of Horticulture. I have a research / extension appointment, and work on weed control in ornamentals, Christmas trees, and small fruits. Finally got married in 1996, but the hold out years were good to me! Ha! Ha! My wife Robin and I have two children Zachary and Zoe. I still...Expand for more
love gardening, weight training, and beekeeping. When I can afford to build a shop, I want to try my hand at furniture building again! Still miss that little town of Cochranville (and the Lancaster area). I get home to see my Dad once in a while! As with all of us, I had some bad times in High School (and every other chapter in my life), but try only to remember the good. "Life has been a journey not a destination!"
