Mark's Story
Hello! I'm currently living in Boulder, Colorado and have been married for 11 years to Jennifer. (no kids)
I'm an aerospace engineer working on NASA's Orion program.
After high school, I went to UC Santa Barbara and majored in Electrical Engineering. I then went to CU Boulder and got a masters in Aerospace Engineering.
I've worked for many companies and lived in many states since then. I started off working for Hughes in LA for a few years. I then transfered to Hughes in Denver for a couple of more years. I then took ...Expand for more
a job as a space station flight controller at Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX for several years. Jennifer and I got tired of the weather down there and I took a job in Phoenix, Arizona for a year (didn't like the weather there either) before finally making it back to Colorado, where we hope to stay for awhile!
We keep busy with the typical Colorado outdoor activities: biking, skiing, hiking. I also play ice hockey. I'm also in the early stages of building a small composite airplane in my garage, called a "Cozy Mark IV".
