Married in 1988. Two children. Moved to San Francisco in 1987. Moved to Boston in 1994 then back to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1997. Currently live in Rancho Santa Fe, CA and Kapalua, HI.

In addition to his expertise as a search professional, Mark draws on his twenty years of experience in sales, marketing and operational roles. His career began in the technology sector with Siemens and then progressed into the consumer products industry in senior roles with Hershey Chocolate USA and Coca Cola. In subsequent years, he was co-founder of a Digital Document Imaging company. He has played a strategic role in the candidate selection and cultivation of several key positions within these organizations.
