Mark's Story
They say "You are what you do."
I have spent a good portion of my life living on the edge of the envelope. I learned early that I enjoyed doing the things in life that other people couldn't or wouldn't do.
Made it through Navy Nuclear Power School. A school with a 70% drop out rate. I was stationed on board a US Navy Nuclear Submarine. Sailed to Japan, Korea, Guam, Phillippines, Thailand, and Hawaii.
Marched though the streets of the inner city with the Guardian Angels.
Rode some of those same streets with the Road Crew Motorcycle Club.
Spent a summer behind the wheel of a Race Car at Berlin Raceway.
Got a degree in Criminal Justice and for a time I spent my weekends as a Police Officer, while during the week I worked as a Repossession Agent.
Sort of like having my head on both sides of that coin you flip.
When that wasn't enough adrenilin, I joined the Walker City Fire Department and spent my free...Expand for more
time running in when everyone else was running out.
In the midst of all that I was also blessed with the experience of working as a Private Investigator and Skip Tracer. Tracking down scum bags who, for a variety of reasons, really didn't want to be found.
Then my marriage went to hell, imagine that!
So I jumped in an 18 wheeler and drove that semi truck through 48 of these great United States.
Now I live in the middle of no where, working a 9 to 5 job like any other Joe. I feel like I'm in the witness relocation program. I went from someone you couldn't miss, to someone that no one would ever notice.
All of these things I have done, and some I still do. And yet still I have goals for future adventures. I still want to Sky Dive, Hang Glide, and Scuba Dive.
