Mark's Story

Graduated Mount Juliet High School in 1978 and completed my associates degree at Nashville State Technical University in 1981 with a degree in Electronics and Computer Technology. Got married on May 29, 1981 to Patricia ( I call her Trisha ) Cannon. We moved to Memphis where I was transferred working with Radio Shack Computer Division from 1978 to 1983. Had our son, BJ in 1983. We moved to Mobile, Alabama in 1983 when I was employed by Marquette Electronics Medical Co. specializing in EKG an Storage Equipment for Hospitals. Mt Juliet transferred by Marquette and be near our folks. We had our daughter, Terri Lynne in 1988. Marquette was bought out in 2000 by GE Medical Systems which I was able to carry over my years an now have 39 years of Service with GE as a Remote Installation Specialist on installing storage systems for Hospital all from my office at home. Patricia got her BS Degree in Criminal Justice in 2007 and went from being a Detective with Wilson County Sheriff's office to working for the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
