Afterward, I worked 23 years in Public School Education, 17 of which were as a Vice Principal and Principal, including six years in Higher Education as a College Dean. I have also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Carolina University since 2019, teaching undergraduate business leadership classes and sitting on dissertation committees.
