Military
Master Chief Johnson was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. He graduated from George Washington Carver High School and enlisted in the United States Navy in September 1976. He currently serves as the Senior Enlisted Advisor/Maintenance Master Chief AIMD Misawa which provides Immediate Maintenance Support to Deployed Maritime Patrol Forces throughout the 5/7 Fleet AOR.
His shore duty assignments include VT-27 NAS Corpus Christi, Texas, VP-30 NAS Jacksonville, Florida, Naval Air Technical Training Center, Millington, Tennessee and Naval Air Technical Training Center Pensacola, Florida.
