from 1978 to 1995 he was an award-winning investigative reporter, feature writer, sports writer, crime and political reporter and held a variety of other news assignments.
Prior to coming to the Orange County Register and after leaving The Times, Landsbaum owned and operated a writing and marketing business, authored a book on marketing and ghost wrote and edited business books for clients.
He also wrote news and commentary for secular and Christian publications during that period and white papers for his church on bio-ethical issues including stem cell research and euthanasia. His writing for the Register is informed by his Christian faith, and the paper’s tenets of the 10 Commandments, Golden Rule and Declaration of Independence.
And he’s a Los Angeles Dodgers fan.".
