Workplace My entire work history has been in technical areas starting from industrial skilled trades that evolved into my current role in manufacturing and quality engineering. Having worked for many years as an independent contract engineer, I have recently embarked upon achieving certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt which envolves applying a set of business skills focused on delivering superior customer satisfaction and identifying projects and applications within organizations where productivity can be increased and reductions in bottom line costs are achieved. This is my current specialty that enables me to interface primarily with senior management individuals as an expert in the field. For the past 5 years I have researched and exceled in this growing technology while incorporating the principles of the Six Sigma methodology and Lean manufacturing as the subject matter of my doctorate dissertation.
