Now living in the second half of my century of life (wow, that's scary!) and anxious to enjoy the fruits of my labor and enhancing the lives of others around me. I worked in the retail business for my entire professional career (starting part time in high school at Fischer Hardware) and was in the retail real estate field management and corporate retail real estate for 27 years having worked for several Fortune 500 companies including Gap, Inc, Circuit City and Viacom, as well as small specialty retail companies. In 2009 I decided change careers and get rid of my corporate executive stress and long hours. My wife Joan and I decided to pursue our passion of getting healthy and learning how to live a longer and stress-free life. We are now Health Coaches and have both clients and health coaches whom we counsel in nutritional intervention and weight management at healthycoaches dot com We've been married for 13 year (second time around for both of us) and I have one daughter, Mary Frances (first marriage) who is 21 years old and and just graduated from NYU with a Journalism/Political Science degree.
