Mark's Story

Hey Y'all! I'm still alive for the 30th. That there is a story in itself! I hope we can all get together this year! Anyway, here's a short bio: After PCHS I did a few college classes but "shockingly" school wasn't me for me. So I traveled around and after an interesting life changing experience on a scallop boat (a story in itself, ask Mark S.) ended up in the Army. Any of you who know me won't be surprised to know I got fired (Honorably) from that. I used my outstanding PCHS education to land a job in the Commercial Nuclear field. Father McCormick taught me well ("Just keep your mouth shut") so I learned all I could and ended up one of the most sought after Radiation Protection Tchnologists in the country. So I spent 6 months of the year making killer money, and the other 6 months blowing it having fun with my wife (Frances, married 26 years so far) following te Grateful Dead around! We didn't have kids so the opportunity to join the circus came, and I left. After doing all that for about 7 years, we decided it was time to...uh...breed. So we planned our first beautiful daughter who is now an expert violinist and going for her PHD at Clemson (that was one smart milkman!) Started my own retail ...Expand for more
business in PA after I landed there at my last Nuke job and it took off. Had another beautiful daughter (now 14, that milkman must have followed us around and was PRETTY too!) After 7 years the business did well enough to retire me down to Hilton Head Island SC where I spent the first 2 years golfing and traveling and giving the illusion of adult supervision to my company. But then I got bored (again) and decided that my business was good enough to franchise. So now I are a Franchisor. I have 3 Franchisees, and we're about to go national and hopefully start cranking them out. Well that's about what I remember in a nutshell. Mark Smith and a few of you other folks probably remember more than me. I had a job at my Dad's Revco Drug Store on Washington Avenue....remember? Not much I remember from PC except the vast amount of demerits I collected and the words I heard when I got my diploma ...."I'm surprised you made it." Peace and Love and many shout outs to y'all but a special shout out to Mr Levy, wherever you are. Among my lame ass golfing abilities, You gave me the ability to not take myself so damn seriously sometimes. Thanks! Mark (hey let's throw my brother Chris in the girl's bathroom!) Tucci
