Mark's Story
I have been living in Dallas for the last 25 years. I am married to Cheryl Engelmann, an attorney from Kansas City (but went to law school at U of Chicago). I have two boys, Nick a freshman at Notre Dame, and Jordan, a sophomore at St. Mark's in Dallas (who wants to go to ND...so we'll be eating little friskies until the day we die!).
We also have two dogs and one half-dead beta fish. My job life...Expand for more
has been varied. I have spent most of it in the human resources field. I also ran my own restaurant type business for a couple of years and worked for the Dallas Stars for 3 years.
I have been coaching ice hockey for 9 years now and am currnently coaching Jordan's HS team. I also write a monthly column in a local (and free..which means I don't get paid) hockey publication (icetimesmagazine.com).
