Remember that you have within you the power to heal and to grow beyond any barrier that is placed around you. The day that I learned that my pain was a part of me and not my enemy or something that I had to fight or try to cure but that I had to learn to embrace and share my body with was the day that I began to live again. It was the day that I attained emotional freedom and could share my life more fully with everyone around me. Yes I still hurt everyday, but I have learned to pace and I have learned to be one with the pain and myself. I have a wonderful peace and enjoyment of life.".
