I tried to avoid the real world as much as I could after high school. I stayed in quasi-college limbo until the lure of free spirit living caught up with me. I rode that wave until I settled down in West Cape May NJ in 1988 where I started a small restoration business and married Carol in 1991. In 1993 Christian was born. I was in awe of him then and still remain so as he nears his 16th b-day. What a great kid. We are both musicians and play together in community bands and jam constantly with friends. He has been lucky enough to sit next to guys who have played with Sinatra and Lombardo. He carries the torch of all that beautiful 1940s era music and it is great to have a kid who walks around the house whistling Bennie Goodman. Carol is great too. She is a Super-Social worker and works as a crisis counselor in a special services school district. She puts up with me. That must be love. I know I couldnt do it. :) As for me, ...Expand for more
