Mark's Story
Still in Monroe, actually never left. Married since 1989 to Debi Keck (MHS Class of 76). No children, a cat, mortgage, car payments, the usual. Working in Corporate Quality at Global Engine in Dundee, MI. Did my undergrad at Siena Heights, and my AAS at Monroe Community. I worked at Detroit Stoker for 16 years (1988-2004) before we launched the Engine Plant in Dundee. Will probably get the Master's Degree one of these days, but the older I get, the less motivation I have.
Life is good, no complaints. It's amazing the last few years as some of our teachers such as Mr. Morris has passed away. I can tell we're "middle aged" now as most of our Teachers have retired. Got a nice suprise last Oct. as a hereditary heart condition was diagnosed, and I had a quad-bypass. I am fine and well, and thankful to still be around. Trust me, this surgery kicks your butt for a few months.

dmit I dont see fellow classmates much at all, as the number who live out of town is quite high. But of anyone has access to a Monroe phone book, the number is in there. Give a call; still living on Roessler Street in Monroe.
As you read this, my best to you all. Its been a long time since the days of MHS, and I often wonder about each of you, your career, and your whereabouts. I sometimes laugh when I thought our High School days were so tough when gas hit $1 a gallon. Age is an amazing teacher. Happy 25th Anniversary, Class of 83! Hopefully we'll have a get-together next year in conjunction with the Class of '84's 25th. I see Stacy (Servey) Goins at the college from time to time, and she keeps me posted on the updates from those working on the Reunion.
Anyone wishing to get in touch, go for it. Have heard from a few folks after years and years, and always enjoy reconnecting.
