Hello everyone, Just a quick update from Payson, Utah... I can't believe it has been so long since I updated, I have been busy with just living and trying to be the best friend, husband, dad and grandpa that I can be. I enjoy spending time with my four children (3 who left home awhile ago) their spouses and my grandchildren. My youngest, who is developmentally disabled, will always be with me. I uploaded a picture from 2+ years ago from my daughter's wedding. What I thought was a medication issue concerning my weight just turned out to be a calorie intake issue. It's funny how I sometimes mistake the obvious as an excuse. I decided before Thanksgiving last year to deal with my faux pas and I can happily say that things have been and are being corrected. I wish my doctor would have pointed this out sooner, but I really appreciate he did. I lost my wife to COVID on the 20th of January 2024. I am doing fine as she had been ill since I met her and she battled many close brushes with death. Her heart stopped more than 8 times during our marriage, but she was always restarted.
