Marlene Webster:  

As the Oklahoma Wing Administrator for Civil Air Patrol, Lt Col Marlene Webster serves to provide administrative and program support to the Oklahoma Wing Commander, staff, and its members, while maintaining the office of the Wing Headquarters and its records to ensure Wing compliance with government, USAF and headquarters requirements. Lt Col Webster also helps assist over 800 Oklahoma volunteer members in fulfillment of the nonprofit organizations three congressional chartered missions of Emergency Services, Cadet Programs, and Aerospace Education, as well as its steadily increasing role in Americas Homeland Security. Lt Col Webster originally joined the Civil Air Patrol in 2004, and currently is a member of the Flying Castle Squadron. Within her volunteering role, Lt Col Webster has coordinated and assisted with many Wing and Squadron events such as SAREX, FTXs, Wing conferences, and field trips, and has held many different positions. Currently, Marlene also volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). In this role, Marlene represents the interests of children in DHS custody to the courts. She also volunteers as a mediator/speaker with the State of Oklahoma Parent Center. This organization assists Oklahoma school districts and the Department of Special Education, their students, parents and staff with issues and concerns involving Individual Educational Plans (IEP).
