Marlene's Story
Life
After attending Reedley College for 2 years, I moved to Hawaii for 2 years and lived and worked with friends that I went to school at Reedley. I returned to Fresno and have been in this area ever since. I live in Clovis and have been married to my husband Garey for 29 years. I have 2 girls, Denise 26student at Fresno State and Giana 18 a freshman at Fresno City College. That's right 18years old. God blessed us with a daughter one month after turning 40. remember. My youngest keeps us very busy. She has been playing soccer since 1st grade and competive soccer since age 10. Therefore our weekends are busy busing her around the state. I have been singing in our church choir in Fresno for 18 years and that is a great outlet and blessing for me. Our family is pretty involved with our church and that also keeps us busy which is not a burden but a pleasure. I still enjoy sports, travel, cooking and having friends over and crafts which fill in the other windows of time.
