Marlene's Story
I got married right after graduation and the great thing about that marriage is my three daughters born during that 14 years.
I was living in Denver, CO when I divorced and three years later, met and married a wonderful man, Richard Melby (we celebrated 20 yrs in June). I moved to Kansas when we got married as his life was there - he lived there his whole life. 02, we moved to Columbus, OH so we could be with our daughters and new grandchildren.
We now have 5 grandchildren, Andrew, 8; Gabriel, 6; Emma, 7; Rajiv 5 and Arjun, 2. Four boys and one girl!
Richard is in management with Home Depot and I now stay at home and help with my grandkids alot as well as staying busy with volunteer work and my many projects! I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1995, so I have to take care of myself, but I am doing very well in spite of it!
