Marlene's Story

Life I can honestly say, I have had a wonderful life. First husband was easily forgotten, except I had two wonderful children which I adore.My second husband of 44 years died suddenly in Feb of 05, which left me in denial and without my best friend and lover. He was handsome, intelligent and witty. Went to Europe and Canada several times. I work p.t. for a CPA and fill in as a BOA for Edward Jones to keep my mind active. Will help seniors with their taxes this coming year. I write, paint, love the theatre, do aerobics, work in my gardens, see my friends, day travel only, because I have one old cat who needs my attention. Love animals. oying life on a lower level now, as it's more fun having a partner to explore life with. I lost half of myself when my husband died, so I am learning to form another mold that will probably never fit so perfectly, but at least will help me stand up straight. About School: I never fit in at school. Life surrounded me when I graduated and I was out on my own, meeting people that would be important to me. I reached out to life and plucked the most beautiful roses - thorns and all. We all know that life isn't meant to be easy. Thats how we learn, are educated, help our children and others. I hope when I die I have a good book in my hand, a pet by my side, a glass of wine in my hand, and a friend next to me watching a glorious sun set in God's sky.
