Life
It's hard to believe we graduated 39 years ago. I have had some peaks and valleys in my life, but feel that I have been very blessed. I am still working civil service (29 yrs) but am not ready to retire. I love working as a budget analyst using various computer applications to perform my job. I went to George Stone for web designer class, but due to the drive and high gas prices, I only received a certificate as an assistant. My goal is to perform the web design from beginning to end. I am thinking about taking the course offered on line by PJC. My husband Bob (a jeweler) retired Dec 2007 and we will be able to do more things with my children and our families. My twin brother Bruce and I had homes built next to each other in the same subdivi...Expand for more
sion in 2003. Bruce passed away May 2, 2007 from severe obstructive sleep apnea - I still feel the pain. At his request, Eddie Knowles and I ended our marriage in 1991. We have two beautiful and talented daughters and four grand children. The oldest daughter (Karen) lives in Lakeland Florida and has a 14 yr old son and 13 yr old daughter. The youngest daughter (Kathy) lives in Honolulu and has 8 and 6yr old sons. They call me MeMaw. Thank goodness for the electronic world of technology. Digital cameras and emails are a wonderful way to see the children when you can't be close. I have changed internet carriers a couple of times so it has been awhile since I have been to the site to see how folks are doing and if there have been any reunions.
