Marsha's Story
Life
My maiden name was Willis. On August 11, 1978 I married my husband Roger. We have two sons. Jason who has been married since December 2006. Jason and his wife are expecting in June of 2008. This will be my first grandchild. We are excited. Our youngest son, Aaron, is 22 years old and is not married. He lives in Missouri.
In 1976 I was in an automobile accident after leaving my sister Kathy's wedding reception. The following year I went to Aruba and Bonaire for a vacation. In 1978 I got married.
My husband retired from Beth Steel, before they filed bankruptcy, at the age of 49. He now drives a tractor trailer for J.B Hunt. I worked for a highline automobile dealership for 14 years. The last 12 of them I sold Mercedes, Porsches, Audi, VW & Subaru. I resigned my sales position there and took some time off to spend at home and taking care...Expand for more
of my dad's affairs when he passed away. After about 6 months I went to work for The Salvation Army Maryland & West Virginia Divisional Headquarters as the Divisional Commanders Executive Secretary.
I still attend the Edgemere Church of God where I have gone since I was 4 years old. I have been to Peru and Mexico on missions trips with our church. While in Peru (Juen 2000) I fell through the floor of our hotel (over 27 feet) and lived. My sons have also been to Peru & Mexico as well as Panama and Jamaica.
My youngest son has been to Belgium to play soccer and my oldest son has beent to France. My youngest son is still traveling all over the United States. He will be going to Israel and Africa sometime this year.
Now my husband and I are homebodies. We enjoy being home doing things around the house and with our family. We have a dog named Leah.
