Marsha's Story
I live in Staunton, Virgnia - a beautiful little city in the Shenandoah Valley and right now, autumn, it is filled with the vibrant colors of the leaves. My two daughters are grown - one an attorney and one a human resources manager - and I once again live alone after divorce in 1999 -- and in 2006 the death of the man I was seriously dating to cancer. becoming Clerk of the School Board. It is a fast-paced job catering to the needs and situations of 11,000 students in 21 different schools, but I love it. Working with kids makes me think I'm still eighteen until I look in the mirror! I joined to see where all of us ended up. I recently drove past North High School and the transformation is amazing - remodeled and newly constructed - and the football stadium is fantastic. I welome emails from everyone!
