Marsha's Story
I was the number 1 fan of the Ardsley High School Band. Graduated at age 16 in 1965.
Ithaca College 2 years. BA English San Francisco State College 1970. Masters in Health Services Administration from the New School for Social Research 1980.
Helped start the paramedic system in NYC in the 70's. From 1985 till 2012, I was the Executive Director of the Center for Pediatric Emergency Medicine at NYU/Bellevue, working to improve...Expand for more
emergency medical care for children in NYC and nationwide. Final five years of my tenure, I served as the Director of the NYC Pediatric Disaster Coalition.
Now retired. Privileged to have had a career that made a significant difference in the world.
Married for 25 years- out since 1997. Mother of two married sons. Grandmother of boy and girl twin grandkids born in October of 2011. The very best part of my life is right now!
