Life
Greetings to anybody that reads this. Does anybody read this?? I have lived away from the Gladstone ever since I got married in 1975. My dear husband, Mark, and I will be celebrating our 29th anniversary this summer!
The most significant thread of my life has been my ongoing love relationship with Jesus. That has not changed throughout time though the ups and downs of life have often tested my faith. He has remained faithful.
Let's see. Most of you who knew me won't be surprised to know that I went on to college, getting a B.A. from George Fox (religion major) and then an M.S. from Oregon State University (statistics). M...Expand for more
y husband and I then spent many years at University of Missouri-Columbia where he completed his PhD. in Wildlife Science.
Today we live in Irrigon, a tiny town in Eastern Oregon. Mark is a medical consultant and I have been homeschooling our four children for 13 years. It is such an awesome privilege and challenge to have this responsibility. Our kids are wonderful, loving folks ages 10, 15, 17, and 19. Our oldest just finished his first year of college.
I feel overwhelmed often at being almost 49 with such a young family, but my kids say I'm a very alive mother:)I am very loved by my husband and children. I'm a blessed woman!
