Workplace
I currently own a mortgage company in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Millennium Mortgage Lending Group, Inc. I have been a Mortgage Broker for the last 11 years. Now we are doing Commercial Loans since the residential industry is upside down. Before this, I worked for Met Life, selling life and health insurance. I also worked for American Express for 1 year as a Supervisor for Customer Service for Southwest Airlines in Ft. Lauderdale. Before coming to Florida, I lived in New York and my career was at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner and Smith at the World Financial Center. I worked there for 10 years and climbed the corporate ladder from Word Processing to Project Mgr.

I have one daughter that is 26 years old and married. We have two dogs (papillions Penelope and Zoe)and 2 cats (Midnight & Tex). Skip is an Real Estate attorney.
New Endeavors
We are currently in the process of getting a grant to do Humanitarium Projects both in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl and San Antonio, Texas in a effort for renewing communities, restoring hope and transforming lives. This will prevent the conditions leading to chronic homelessness by providing transitional housing and vocational training with job placement opportunities for individuals and families impacted by extraordinary life changing circumstances.
