Marti's Story
I will be starting my 24th year teaching in Fort Worth in August. I love 8th graders! This summer I'm back to school studying Physics, Algebra and Connected Math. I guess I'm still basically a nerd.
On the home front; Daddy passed away in 1991, Skip died from a heart attack in 2005, my brother Mike and my sister Kathi lost their battles wit...Expand for more
h cancer in 2006 and 2007 respectively. I feel a little lost without them. Mom lives in Westminster and is hating growing old. Sharon, Mark and Bruce are all hale and hearty.
During the school year I don't do much but teach, play soccer, direct plays and musicals and get involved in crazy projects -pouring sidewalks and building benches...
