I am a strategic management consultant in the consumer package goods industry. I operate in 11 practice areas from private equity investment portfolios to automotive, finance and retail. The least successful new product I've launched, Baked Lays Potato Chips for Frito-Lay sold $310 million in the first 10 months. To date, no one else in the US $2.4 trillion consumer package goods industry has ever launched a more successful new product. I launched Zantac. That sold $319 million in the first 12 months.
