Martin's Story

Life When I was young, I saw through a glass, as if darkly. I hurt a few people along the way. To those, I apologize. I have since learned that it takes a long time to become a Human Being, large H, large B, and I work at it. Some remember me as a hood, some as a musician, others, not at all. In any event, I remember every person I ever came in contact with in the time of youth. If I brought you laughter and friendship, I am pleased. If I added to your pain, I ask forgiveness, for I knew nothing of myself. As to a following history: I remained on the music scene in Southern California until the ...Expand for more
mid-70's, playing in clubs throughout the area. I visited New England in 1974, and here I remain. Married these 25 years, I have three sons: Joseph Daniel, Robert Martin, and Brian-John; aged 22, 21, and 19 respectfully. All play musicical instruments, all enjoy the rare quality of youth which we once owned, and all are fine citizens. They now have their works, and I mine. I spend my time writing, painting with oils on canvas, and in study. My wish for all of you is one of peace, harmony, laughter and song, and sunshine, with just enough rain to grow. Anyone wishing to contact me feel free to do so.
