Martin's Story
My story (for anyone who's curious)...
After graduation I got a room and job in Chicago, attended DeVry for a bit, but was having way too much fun and dropped out. I worked at Inland briefly, then enlisted in USAF and worked on B52's.
The Air Force stationed me at Travis AFB near San Francisco (a fun place at the time). So, after discharge in late '60s I stayed here.
I worked for Pacific Bell as a technician, then computer trainer, then manager. I took an early retirement from Pac Bell in '96 and then worked as a trainer and technical writer for Livingston Enterprises, which was bought by Lucent, which was bought by Alcatel, an...Expand for more
d I retired 'for real' a few years ago.
I met my wife at Pacific Bell. We married in '75 and have lived around the Bay Area ever since. We've raised 3 children, and are currently enjoying 3 grandchildren.
Sorry we were not able to attend the 50th reunion. I would have loved to, but we had conflicting plans for Sept. that year.
I hope there will be a 60th reunion of some sort.
Since I left the region in the mid 60's, and didn't return till the last half of the 2010's, I I've lost touch with fellow classmates. Un-refreshed memories have become foggy, but I'd love a chance to refresh memories and reconnect.
