marvin's Story
After Glacier I went to work for the Postal Service while attending HCC. Then my friends and neighbors volunteered me for the Army. Returning from Viet Nam I continued my postal career for 27 years, retiring after many positions, my favorite was as a Postmaster. Married in 1971, 2 boys and 4 grand children. moved to Henderson NV into a home we purchased in 2012 as a rental. Loved the weather and everything else about the area. So, other that visiting Seattle every summer when it hits triple digits her and an occasional RV trip we are here to stay! Life is good in the desert year around golf and biking. So so many restaurants and things to do year around. We’re in the Lake Las Vegas area which is 20 min to just about everything!
