Marvin's Story

Marvin is from Konawa, Oklahoma. He is married to the former Ann Eileen Perry from Marietta, OK. He graduated from Seminole High School in 1964 and later graduated from the US Military Academy, West Point (BS,1968); the University of Oklahoma (MA, 1972) and Denver Seminary (MDiv, 1991). He retired from the US Army in 1988. Since 2005 he has been the managing partner and chief designer with Catamount Studios in Colorado Springs. ...Expand for more
Marvin's interests include cycling, gardening, fishing, hiking, travel and being with his 8 grandchildren. Books he likes include military history, theology, biographies, other historical writings. Movies he likes include Zero Dark Thirty, Hunger Games, True Grit (2012 version), Restepo, Hurt Locker, Avatar, Die Hard series, Cold Mountain, anything (almost) with Tommy Lee Jones in it, Inception, anything starring Anne Hathaway.
