Life
My Spouse
We were both working at JC Penney Credit Office in downtown Atlanta. It took us 4 1/2 years to get married. This weekend, July 23rd, we will have been married for 38 wonderful years.
My Pets
Peaches was found as a stray when a neighbor abandoned her. She is a smart and sweet cat. She is 12 years old now. I also have a black cat named Yoshi. Just last month I turned over to his new owners a black lab I had been training as a hearing dog.
My Kids

The middle child, Amy, lives in Pullman, WA. Yes, that is where Washington State University is located. She is majoring in fashion merchandising. Imagine that a Cougar and a Huskey in the house.
The boy, Bubba, is 18 years old. He just graduated from high school and is joining the Marine Corps. He is leaving for San Diego to go to basic sometime in September.
My Job
I am a special education teacher at a high school. Basic skills math, reading and study skills are the subject areas I teach. I love my job and can't imagine doing anything else.
